StaffShore is looking for a confident and organized Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to support future international client projects with prospect research, outreach, follow-ups, CRM updates, and appointment setting.


This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays consistent with follow-up, and can help keep sales pipelines organized. You may support outreach across industries such as real estate, SaaS, digital marketing, e-commerce, and professional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn or directory-based research
  • Support outbound outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and appointment-setting activities
  • Schedule appointments, demos, consultations, or discovery calls for client teams
  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead details, notes, follow-up status, and pipeline activity
  • Assist with list building, prospect segmentation, and lead organization
  • Support inbound call handling, follow-ups, and basic customer inquiries when needed
  • Coordinate with internal team members or client contacts to ensure smooth handovers
  • Maintain professional communication across phone, email, chat, and CRM notes
  • Track daily activity, outreach progress, and follow-up tasks clearly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with international, especially U.S.-based, prospects
  • Experience with CRM or sales tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and accuracy in documentation
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple follow-ups at once
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles is an advantage

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role based in Pakistan
  • Availability during U.S. business hours is required, usually evening to late-night Pakistan time depending on the client schedule
