Sales & Lead Generation Specialist (Remote Pakistan)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research
- Support inbound call handling, follow-ups, and basic customer inquiries (as needed)
- Schedule appointments, demos, or discovery calls for clients
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead data
- Assist with outreach campaigns, list building, and prospect segmentation
- Coordinate with internal teams or client contacts to ensure smooth handovers
- Maintain professional communication across all channels
- Track daily activity and meet outreach targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with U.S. clients
- Confident using CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive — or similar)
- Proficient with Google Workspace, MS Office, and collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Notion, Trello)
- Strong organization, follow-through, and accuracy in documentation
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles is a plus
