CRM Assistant (Remote - Pakistan)
Job Description:
The CRM Assistant will support international clients by managing pipeline updates, maintaining accurate customer data, organizing tags, and assisting with essential automation steps across platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, and GoHighLevel.
Key Responsibilities
- Update contacts, notes, and pipelines
- Tag, segment, and organize CRM data
- Assist with simple automations, workflows, and triggers
- Prepare weekly CRM summaries or activity reports
- Support client onboarding and follow-up sequences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or similar
- Strong data accuracy and organization
- Confident with Google Workspace and spreadsheets
- Detail-focused and dependable
