Virtual Assistant (Remote Pakistan)

We’re looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support international clients with daily administrative and operational tasks. You’ll help keep communication clear, schedules organized, and routine work moving smoothly across a variety of industries, including real estate, e-commerce, coaching, and professional services. Key Responsibilities
- Manage email inboxes, calendars, and meeting schedules
- Handle data entry, documentation, and online research
- Prepare simple reports, summaries, and presentations
- Assist with industry-specific tasks (e.g., real estate listings, CRM updates, e-commerce order coordination)
- Coordinate tasks with internal teams or client contacts
- Maintain confidentiality when handling client information
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident with Google Workspace, MS Office, and common collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Notion, or similar)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Consistent follow-through and attention to detail
- Experience in real estate, e-commerce, or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Previous remote or client-support experience is an advantage

Work Schedule
- Full-time, remote (Pakistan)
- Availability during U.S. business hours (typically between 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT depending on client)
