E-commerce Support Specialist (Remote Pakistan)
Job Description:
We’re looking for an organized E-commerce Support Specialist to assist international clients with product updates, order management, customer messaging, and day-to-day store operations on platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
- Update products, descriptions, and images in Shopify/WooCommerce
- Manage orders, returns, and basic customer inquiries
- Track inventory and coordinate with suppliers or fulfillment teams
- Upload listings or variations on Amazon or other marketplaces
- Prepare simple reports and store performance summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Confident using Google Workspace and collaboration tools
- Detail-oriented and organized
