Job Description

This role supports StaffShore projects for U.S.-based and international businesses by helping with day-to-day e-commerce store operations. The E-commerce Support Specialist will assist with product updates, order management, customer messages, inventory tracking, and basic store coordination on platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and similar marketplaces.

This role is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with online stores, spreadsheets, and structured workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory details
• Assist with order management, returns, refunds, and customer inquiries
• Upload products, variations, and marketplace listings when needed
• Track inventory updates and coordinate with suppliers, fulfillment teams, or client contacts
• Maintain accurate store records, spreadsheets, and order documentation
• Prepare simple reports, store updates, and performance summaries
• Follow store processes carefully and escalate issues when needed
• Support day-to-day e-commerce tasks across Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or similar platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and online collaboration tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized, dependable, and able to follow processes carefully
• Previous experience in e-commerce support, store operations, customer support, or admin work is an advantage

Work Schedule

• Full-time, remote role based in Pakistan
• Availability during U.S. business hours is required, usually evening to late-night Pakistan time depending on the project schedule
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace are required
