Project Coordinator (Remote – Pakistan)
Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will support international clients with task tracking, workflow updates, communication, and day-to-day project support. This role helps keep projects moving by maintaining clear documentation, coordinating with team members, and ensuring deadlines and deliverables stay on track. If you enjoy structure, planning, and keeping work organized, this is a strong long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Track project tasks, deadlines, and progress updates
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, or client contacts
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing summaries
- Monitor project workflows and follow up on pending tasks
- Support clients across industries such as digital marketing, IT, creative services, agencies, real estate, and e-commerce
- Maintain accurate data in project management tools
- Communicate updates clearly and professionally
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Confident using Google Workspace, MS Office, and project tools
- (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, Monday.com — or similar)
- Ability to keep tasks moving through consistent follow-up
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in communication
- Previous experience in coordination, admin, or project support is a plus
